Recruitment procedures
Teachers are carefully recruited through a rigorous selection process. The management interviews short listed candidates. This is followed by a demonstration lesson in actual classroom settings during which the candidate's teaching skills are assessed. Selection criteria includes: competence and experience in the subject area, understanding of modern teaching methods, commitment to student-centered learning, motivation towards the teaching learning process and openness to change.

Application
Any applications for either should include a full CV/resume and the names and addresses (and fax/e-mail if possible) of two professional referees. Current Tanzanian regulations mean that we are only able to consider teachers less than fifty five years of age. The school also uses placement agencies to assist in our search for strong teaching candidates. However we encourage direct applications and will not be liable for agency placement fees when teachers contact us directly through this website.
